Luke Mosiman
Growing up in Arizona with deep family roots in the southwest, Luke Mosiman's political journey started with the Teenage Republicans during high school. Upon turning 18, he embraced a grassroots role within the Republican party, assuming responsibilities as State committeeman and LD leadership. In 2021, he rechartered the Maricopa County Young Republicans, which has since gained national recognition. He also served as the National Committeeman for the Arizona Young Republicans from 2023-2025. Over the years he has worked on a variety of different campaigns and political projects and is now thrilled to serve as the Chairman for the Arizona Young Republicans.

Born and raised in Arizona, founding board member of the East Valley MCYRs in 2022 and the Pinal County YRs in 2024, and experienced Republican elections operative. Former Regional Field Director for Kari Lake, current ballot chasing manager for Turning Point Action. Proud Jew, proud Republican, and prouder American.

Matthew Perry
Matt is a a tech professional, and started his own small business. Helping co-found the Embry-Riddle College Republicans, Matt learned a lot about conservative values. In 2016 while serving as AZYR Chair, he was the FIRST State YR Chairman to endorse President Trump.
In 2024, Matt rechartered the Yavapai Young Republicans, and faithfully served as chair until he deployed briefly. We are excited to have him back in AZ to serve as our AZYR Vice Chair!

Policy Chair
Mitchell Drew
Mitchell Drew is a dynamic and results-driven professional with a strong background in grassroots engagement, non-profit management, political strategy, and policy advocacy. He currently serves as the Grassroots Engagement Director at Americans for Prosperity, where he leads community mobilization efforts and legislative engagement across Arizona. Mitchell brings a proven track record in campaign coordination, volunteer recruitment, event planning, and stakeholder relations. His experience spans roles with Campus Victory Project, the Maine Republican Party, and various fundraising and legislative organizations. Mitchell holds a degree in Political Science and History from Manhattanville College, where he was also a collegiate athlete and active community volunteer.
